I later completed a Certificate in Interior Design through Open Polytechnic, which strengthened my creative and problem‑solving skills. Before recruitment, I worked in customer‑focused roles, including as a Customer Experience Consultant at Mercury Energy.

This experience shaped my passion for clear communication, relationship building and delivering positive outcomes. Outside of work, I love hiking, travelling and exploring creative hobbies such as painting and photography.
