As National Estimator – Projects, you will take ownership of the full tender lifecycle across a national portfolio of infrastructure opportunities. From interpreting drawings and specifications through to preparing detailed cost estimates, pricing strategies and final submissions, you will play a pivotal role in converting pipeline into won work. Working closely with sales, engineering and operations, you will develop competitive, commercially sound proposals while ensuring accuracy, compliance and deliverability. This is a highly influential role that directly impacts revenue, margin and market share.

You are a detail-driven and commercially astute estimator with experience in civil, infrastructure or related industries. You bring strong analytical capability, the ability to interpret complex plans and specifications, and a track record of delivering accurate, competitive tenders. Highly organised and proactive, you can manage multiple bids simultaneously while engaging effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. You understand pricing strategy, value engineering and margin management, and are motivated by contributing to successful project wins and business growth.
