Synergie Australia is seeking Quality Assurance Associate for a trusted client located in Tullamarine.

The important parts:

Pay: $45-50 per hour + Super

Duration: 3-month contract (potential for extension)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm | Fully onsite

Location: Tullamarine

What you will be required to do:

You will be supporting a busy, highly regulated manufacturing environment, working closely with operations and quality teams to ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day execution.

Supporting on-the-floor manufacturing operations and problem solving

Reviewing and managing documentation, change controls, and validation activities

Reviewing protocols, deviations, and quality reports

Supporting meetings and cross-functional collaboration

Working closely with operations, QA, and validation teams

Using systems such as MES, VEEVA, SAP, Word, and Excel

To be successful in the role you will:

Experience in quality assurance, validation, or regulated manufacturing environments

Strong technical writing and document review skills

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment

Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or related field
