Long Contracting is a well-established Victorian builder with over 30 years of experience delivering premium residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial projects.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of negotiated and repeat client work, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in our Malvern Head Office.

The Role

This is a hands-on Project Management role with real ownership.

You'll manage a mix of high-end residential and bespoke commercial projects, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Our projects are relationship-driven, meaning you'll play a key role in maintaining strong client partnerships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing projects from commencement to completion

• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

• Leading project budgets, forecasting and financial performance

• Managing procurement and subcontractor engagement

• Driving programme outcomes and project delivery

• Leading project meetings and stakeholder communication

• Supporting and mentoring Site Managers and Contract Administrators

• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry

• Experience delivering commercial and/or high-end residential projects

• Strong financial and commercial management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Strong programme management and organisational skills

• Proactive, professional and solutions-focused

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office preferred
