We’re looking for a PMO Manager to lead and grow our Project Management Office within Product Development. This is a key role where you’ll bring structure, consistency and visibility across a portfolio of projects, while building the capability of the PMO function.

The Role
As PMO Manager, you’ll lead project governance, standards and reporting, while supporting end-to-end delivery across product development.
You will:
Oversee project delivery to ensure timelines, scope and budgets are metEstablish consistent PMO frameworks, tools and ways of workingLead portfolio reporting, risk tracking and stakeholder updatesCoordinate resource planning and capacity across projectsSupport prioritisation and roadmap planning at portfolio levelMentor and develop project leaders and build a high-performing PMO teamWork closely with engineering teams on product development programs
What You Bring
Experience leading or working within a PMO environmentBackground delivering complex, cross-functional projectsStrong understanding of project governance, reporting and planningExperience with resource planning and portfolio coordinationAbility to influence stakeholders and drive accountabilityExposure to product development environments (engineering or manufacturing preferred)Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience)
