Lead meaningful change that improves health, wellbeing, and independence for clients and their families. In this pivotal role, you’ll design and deliver program-level change management strategies to enable successful implementation of the Prioritise Clients’ Wellness and Treatment Program-driving coordinated change across policy, systems, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Operating with high autonomy, you’ll ensure staff, service providers, and the client community are prepared for, engaged in, and supported through significant service and behavioural change.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience with program level end-to-end change management expertise in complex programs, including change impact assessment, readiness planning, and implementation
• Experience applying structured change methodologies, such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent
• Change readiness capability, including organisational readiness assessments, transition planning, and end user training design and delivery
• End user training experience, delivering training programs and products that support operational readiness and adoption
• Ability to tailor communications for different audiences, including sensitive or vulnerable communities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage risks and competing priorities
• Strategic thinking and trusted advisory capability, aligning change activities to transformation objectives and providing sound judgement to senior leaders

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience supporting cultural change toward client-centric service delivery through training and capability uplift strategies
• Experience designing and evaluating communications approaches to monitor and improve engagement effectiveness
• Candidates with government experience will be preferred

Other Requirements

• AGSVA Security Clearance that is currently (Baseline or above) will be required. Only candidates with this can be considered.
