Elite Eleven | Melbourne | Full Time$140,000–$145,000 + SuperElite Eleven is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced Industrial Designer to join our product team.This is an exciting opportunity to design and develop Elite Eleven products across accessories, soft goods and performance categories — including bags, hardware and footwear.If you’re commercially minded, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.The RoleAs our Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for bringing Elite Eleven product concepts to life from ideation through to production.You will:Design and develop Elite Eleven products across accessories and soft goodsLead the design of bags, hardware components and footwearCreate technical drawings, specs and production-ready documentationWork closely with product developers and suppliers to ensure commercial viabilityOversee sampling, prototyping and refinementEnsure products align with brand direction and performance standardsManage timelines to meet key seasonal deadlinesAbout You2+ years’ experience in Industrial Design (fashion, accessories or consumer goods preferred)Strong technical understanding of materials, construction and manufacturing processesExperience designing bags, hardware or footwear highly regardedHigh proficiency in CAD and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong commercial awareness and understanding of margin requirementsAbility to balance creativity with production practicalityExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBilingual in English and Mandarin highly desiredWhy Elite Eleven?Competitive salary: $140,000–$145,000 + superBe part of a fast-growing Australian brandHigh ownership and creative inputCollaborative and high-performance team environmentOpportunity to build and shape product categories
