We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, skincare and self tan, and is excited by the opportunity to work across a range of digital creative, particularly paid ad assets. As our Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to produce high-impact visuals that support campaigns across paid media, EDM, social and retail. This is a key role in helping bring the Bali Body brand to life across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities:Develop engaging paid ad assets (static and motion) for social and digital platformsDesign and create EDMs, including layout, imagery and copy (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop)Edit short-form video content for paid and organic social using Final Cut Pro or After EffectsLeverage AI-powered design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly or similar platforms) to enhance creative output, streamline workflows and generate innovative visual conceptsSupport organic social creative with on-brand graphic and video contentCollaborate on creative direction for new product launchesStay up to date with trends and competitor creative to help inform and inspire new ideas About You:3+ years experience in a graphic design role (beauty, fashion or lifestyle industry preferred)Experience using AI design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or similar) to support creative development and content productionA strong eye for design, layout and visual storytellingProficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, After Effects and/or Final Cut ProComfortable creating both static and motion creative for digital marketingStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at onceSelf-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent communication and time management skillsA genuine passion for skincare, beauty and digital creativity Why Join Us:Hybrid work model with WFH WednesdaysCreative and collaborative team environmentOffice located in Brighton HQBe part of a proudly Australian-made, globally loved beauty brand
