Position: Landscape Gardener (Full-Time)

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation

About the Role

AUS FENCING & LANDSCAPING PTY LTD is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Gardener to join our growing team in Victoria. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual passionate about outdoor work, landscaping design, and garden maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, planning, and executing landscaping projects
• Planting, pruning, watering, and maintaining lawns, trees, and gardens
• Installing turf, paving, fencing, irrigation systems, and garden features
• Soil preparation, fertilising, and weed/pest control
• Operating landscaping tools and machinery safely
• Interpreting landscape plans and client requirements
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of work sites

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in landscaping/horticulture or at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• Practical knowledge of landscaping techniques and garden maintenance
• Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
• White Card (Construction Induction) preferred
