Employer: PAK AURORA SERVICES PTY LTD T/A Blossom Community Care Location: Laverton, Victoria Salary: $78,000 – $85,000 per annum + superannuation Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated professionals to join our growing team in the following roles:

  • Aged or Disabled Carer
  • Personal Care Assistant
  • Nursing Support Worker

  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility
  • Supporting individuals with meals, medication reminders, and general comfort
  • Monitoring and reporting on clients’ health and wellbeing
  • Engaging clients in social and recreational activities
  • Maintaining accurate care records and communication logs
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients during medical or allied health appointments
  • Promoting independence by assisting clients to develop daily living and life skills
  • Assisting in the implementation of care plans developed by health professionals
  • Using mobility aids and hoists safely and correctly when required
  • Flexibility to travel between client locations (for community care roles)

Skills and Experience Required

  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 months’ relevant work experience required Australia/Overseas
  • Current

First Aid and CPR certificate

  • National Police Check and

Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to quality care

Desirable

  • Experience working with elderly clients or people with disabilities
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (for community care roles)
  • Multilingual abilities a plus
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
