We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at St Albans West Preschool.

At St Albans West Preschool our experienced and qualified early childhood educators develop and implement a high quality program that is based on children's strengths, needs and interests. Our programs provide children with the opportunity to grow and develop through play - the way children learn best. We ensure children develop in a warm, happy, safe and caring environment that caters for all children's needs.

This is a part time, ongoing position working 29.25 hours per week on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8am to 4:30pm and Thursday from 8am to 1:15pm.

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
• You value kindness and respect.
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
• You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate.
