Support Worker for a lady with Multiple Sclerosis several shifts 3 hours and 2 hours.

The shifts are 7am to 10am, 1pm to 3pm, 5pm to 7pm and 9pm to 11pm.

Bed Baths, Preparing Food, Manual Handling, changing pads.

About the Roles

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PCA.  You will assist with daily living activities, mobility support, and social engagement while promoting independence and dignity.

What You’ll Do:

Provide tailored personal care and support to individuals

Do exercises, go to markets, and other social events
Support social and community engagement to enhance quality of life
Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience working with individuals 
✔️ A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to support
✔️ Cert III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (or equivalent experience)
✔️ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔️ NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
✔️ National Police Check & Valid Driver’s License
✔️ Strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered care
