We are looking for a Lead Educator qualified to be a part of the Kool Beanz family.

 THE ROLE

• Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.

• Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.

• Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

 ABOUT YOU

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification.

• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.

• Paid Working with Children Check.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Willing to contribute to the programming and education curriculum cycle.

• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.

• Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working hours:

You must be available to work 5 days per week to ensure continuity of care for our children.
