Position: Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in early childhood education and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Child Safe Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging learning experiences in line with the EYLF

• Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Ensure compliance with Child Safe Standards and centre policies

• Observe and document children’s learning and development

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Experience working in an early learning setting

• Strong understanding of the EYLF and Child Safe Standards

• Current Working with Children Check

• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma training, Child safe training

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for working with children
