Early Childhood Educators – Full Time, 4 Day Role & Casual | Rotating Shifts | Supportive Team

Kids Resort Early Learning Centre is a long-standing, family-owned service that prides itself on creating a supportive workplace where educators feel valued and connected. We have built a strong team culture where everyone works together, supports each other, and prioritises mental wellbeing. Our educators are an important part of our centre community, and many have been with us for many years.

We are currently seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team in the following roles:

Available Positions

Full Time Educator – Nursery (6 weeks to 2 years)
Working within our mixed-age nursery environment.

Educator – Toddlers (2–3 years)
4-day position – Monday to Thursday

Casual On-Call Educators

Our casual team plays an important role in supporting our service. We are looking for reliable educators who are adaptable and confident working across all age groups when required.

Please note that all positions operate on rotating shifts to meet the service's operational needs.

Child Safety Commitment

Child safety is at the centre of everything we do. Our service operates in line with the Victorian Child Safe Standards, and all educators are expected to actively support and uphold these standards in their daily practice.

About You

• Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Experience in an early childhood setting preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Current Working with Children Check

• Valid working rights in Australia
