Brighton Beach Early Learning Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Room Leader to lead our infant program and inspire a team of dedicated educators.
Located by the beautiful Brighton foreshore, our service is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care, grounded in meaningful relationships, inquiry-based learning, and strong connections with families and community, and due to continued growth, we are also recruiting for a range of positions including Diploma qualified and Certificate 3 Assistant Educators to join our team in full time, part time and casual positions!

As our Nursery Room Leader, you will:
Lead and mentor a passionate infant teaching team
Create a nurturing, responsive environment for babies aged 0–2 years
Implement engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences that honour each child’s curiosity and development
Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
Support our centre’s vision of delivering programs that exceed the National Quality Standard
Contribute to a culture of professional collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working in infant or nursery environments
Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring skills
Is passionate about relationship-based practice and responsive caregiving
Thrives in collaborative, reflective teams
Is committed to creating beautiful learning environments for our youngest children
