Brighton Beach Early Learning Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Room Leader to lead our infant program and inspire a team of dedicated educators.

Located by the beautiful Brighton foreshore, our service is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care, grounded in meaningful relationships, inquiry-based learning, and strong connections with families and community, and due to continued growth, we are also recruiting for a range of positions including Diploma qualified and Certificate 3 Assistant Educators to join our team in full time, part time and casual positions!

Brighton Beach ELC is proud to be owned by an experienced and qualified Kindergarten teacher who truly understands the care and education young children need. As our Nursery Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a passionate infant teaching team

  • Create a nurturing, responsive environment for babies aged 0–2 years

  • Implement engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences that honour each child’s curiosity and development

  • Build strong, respectful partnerships with families

  • Support our centre’s vision of delivering programs that exceed the National Quality Standard

  • Contribute to a culture of professional collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement

  • Has experience working in infant or nursery environments

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring skills

  • Is passionate about relationship-based practice and responsive caregiving
