Make a real difference every day

At Endeavour Foundation, we support people with disability to live the life they choose - and our Support Workers are at the heart of that mission.

If you're compassionate, reliable, and motivated by purpose, this is your opportunity to do meaningful work while building a rewarding career.

About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, working within Community Access, you'll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection. No two days are the same - one day you might be supporting someone to learn new life skills, the next helping them get out into the community or achieve a personal goal.

You'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support - and about each other.

This role required availability for 2 days Casual per week over a Thursday and Friday to support a client based in Bundoora.

What we're looking for

  • A caring, patient and respectful approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Availability to work a range of shifts - Specifically Thursdays and Fridays
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not required

You will be required to hold or willing to obtain

  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
  • Australian open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle

Benefits and Perks

  • Salary Packaging Benefits! Package up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax free.
  • In addition to your tax-free benefit, you can also use up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc).
  • An Employee Assistance Program - a free and confidential counselling service available to all staff and their family members.
  • Discounts on Corporate Private Health Insurance Plans, white goods, and appliances.
  • Discounted family gym memberships through Fitness Passport.
