DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER (MEAL PREPARATION) CERT 3 ?? Location & Workplace Type Location: Heidelberg, VIC (Participant's Home)

Work Arrangement: In-Home Employment Type: Part-time / Casual (2 hours per Fortnightly shifts) Start Date: Immediate

?? The Position Care & Respect is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certificate III Disability Support Worker to provide home-based meal preparation for an NDIS client. If you are confident in preparing a variety of nutritious, home-cooked meals and want to do meaningful work that truly impacts someone's life, we want to hear from you.

?? About You We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, independent thinking, and creativity to their work.

You understand the importance of safety, autonomy, and person-centered practice—especially within a home environment. Please note: The participant specifically requests a female worker for this role. ? What

We’re Looking For Qualification: Cert III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.

Food Safety: DoFoodSafely Certificate (Victorian Health). Experience: Proven history in home or community-based disability support. Clearances: Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
