About the Role
Provide personalised care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, wellbeing and daily routines. You’ll assist with personal care, household tasks and social support, while building positive relationships and delivering care with respect and compassion.

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  • Experience in community or aged care (desirable)
  • Compassionate, client-focused approach
  • Reliable and flexible availability
  • Current full driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
