Join a supportive team helping older Australians (65+) live independently at home and make a real difference every day.

About You

  • Live in and can support clients in the Doncaster including surrounding suburbs Balwan, Blackburn, Box Hill, Croydon, Kilsyth, Mooroolbark, Ringwood or Templestowe
  • Hold an Australian Driver's Licence and own comprehensively insured car (no international licence/shared vehicles)
  • Minimum 12 months of experience delivering personal care in aged care, disability, or hospital environments
  • Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 7:30am - 5pm, ideally across 3-4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available)
  • Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start
  • Passionate to working in in-home aged care (not disability or residential facility care)

What We Offer

  • $34.77 to $34.93 per hour + super
  • Paid travel time + $1.38/km allowance + company phone
  • Permanent part-time contracts: 20 - 50 hours per fortnight
  • Stable hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts

Your Role

As a valued member of the team, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.

  • Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support
  • Medication assistance (where applicable)
  • Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
  • Social support and companionship
  • Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

Domestic assistance will remain an important component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
