Inspira Kids is an established Early Learning Centre with multiple centres across Victoria. Inspira Kids provides an environment where children feel safe, nurtured, stimulated and happy. 

Inspira Kids is growing, and we are looking for passionate, friendly Educators to join our team at the Gladstone Park centers on casual basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in creating innovative educational programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework

• Supporting children’s social, emotional, physical and educational needs within a group and as individuals

• Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, parents and team members

• Assisting children with their daily routines and supporting them in their learning

• Observing children daily and using those observations to ensure the needs, strengths and interests of children are met

• Attending staff meetings and any professional training sessions, as required

About You

• Hold a Certificate III in Children's Services, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification

• A current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training)

• Current Working with Children's Check

• Hold a current and valid National Police Check, confirming suitability to work with children in an Early Childhood education setting

• Passionate about creating a calm and positive learning environment for our children
