Treetop Early Learning Pascoe Vale is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Educator to join our vibrant and supportive team! Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and mentor our team to deliver rich, child-led curriculum.
  • Collaborate with educators to create engaging, intentional play spaces both indoors and outdoors.
  • Guide reflective practice and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support a culture of accountability, inclusion and professional development.
  • Be a key part of our leadership team, contributing to long-term growth and succession planning.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Lead and enhance the educational program across the centre.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Law and Regulations.
  • Contribute to Orientation and family engagement practices.
  • Ensure every child’s learning journey is intentional, well-documented and celebrated.

About You To thrive in this role, you will:

  • Have a genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to their well-being and development.
  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor in early childhood education or an equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven experience in curriculum programming and educational leadership.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach to childcare.
  • Hold a valid

Working with Working Check & Mandatory Reporting.

  • Hold

First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
