Working within our Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, you'll support children and educators across the centre, helping create meaningful learning experiences that empower children to explore, discover, and grow with confidence.

A Typical Day as a Breaks Cover Educator Includes:

• Supporting Across the Centre – Step into different rooms throughout the day to provide quality care and continuity for children and teams
• Creating Inspiring Spaces – Help maintain engaging environments that encourage exploration and creativity
• Building Meaningful Relationships – Connect with children, families, and colleagues across the centre
• Supporting Growth – Guide children through their early milestones with care, warmth, and intention
• Encouraging Curiosity – Foster a love of learning through play, discovery, and imagination

What You'll Need:

• ACECQA-approved qualification (Cert III or higher)
• Passion for working with children across a variety of age groups
• Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training (Foundations of Child Safety)
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Working with Children Check & Mandatory Reporting
