About the role

Provectus Care, a leading provider of aged care services, is seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker to join our team in Elsternwick, VIC. This casual role is integral to ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care and support in a warm, nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting residents with their daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and grooming

• Providing compassionate support and engaging residents in social activities to promote their overall wellbeing

• Collaborating with the care team to implement and monitor personalised care plans

• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on residents' progress and needs

• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or equivalent qualification

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Experience working as a Personal Care Worker or in a similar aged care role

• Australian work rights are required for this position

• A genuine passion for caring for and supporting the elderly

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
