Job Description

At HI FIVE Community Services, we believe support should feel personal, not just professional. We’re a close-knit team that genuinely cares about the people we work with, and we’re committed to helping individuals living with disabilities live life on their own terms with dignity, choice, and independence.

For us, it’s not just about providing services; it’s about building real relationships. We take the time to understand each participant their goals, their routines, and what matters most to them. Whether it’s supporting everyday activities, building confidence, or encouraging community participation, we stand beside our participants every step of the way.

Our approach is simple: treat people with respect, show up with compassion, and do the little things that make a big difference. At HI FIVE, we aim to create a warm and supportive environment where participants feel valued and our team feels proud of the impact they make every day.

Because at the heart of what we do is one belief everyone deserves the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life.
