BPA Early Learning operates 38 kindergartens and long day care centres across western Melbourne, supporting children and families in some of the region’s most diverse communities. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Co-Educator to join our kindergarten team and support the delivery of high-quality education and care for children. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic early childhood professional who is committed to creating positive learning experiences and building meaningful relationships with children and families.
About the Role
As a Co Educator, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality funded Kindergarten program for 3- and 4-year-old Children.
· As a Co-Educator, you will help create a positive learning environment which facilitate rich interaction and support children play based learning.
· You will support the implementation of educational programs, children's daily routines, and contribute to maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies.
Support the implementation of engaging, play -based learning programs aligned with the EYLF.
Foster respectful, responsive and inclusive relationships with children, families and Colleagues.
Work collaboratively with high performing team to achieve positive outcomes for children.
Essential Requirements
Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education Care. (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA).
High – Level understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework, Education Care Services National Law and Regulations, The National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards.
Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
A valid working rights to work in Australia.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
Experience working with children with a wide range of diverse additional needs.
