  • Expected salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

New Laboratories has a new role as a skilled and experienced Warehouse Store person with a forklift licence to join us in Braeside. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, load and unload palletised freight safely and efficiently, retrieve goods and assist in the administration of the warehouse processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast paced environment and a commitment to workplace safety.  You will work Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

 

·       Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments of products and supplies

·       Manage all inbound distribution paperwork

·       Palletise and document outgoing goods

·       Organise and maintain inventory 

·       Safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment

·       Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

·       Assisting with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations

·       Follow safety procedures and guidelines

·       Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking raw materials and packing duties as directed

Qualifications:

·       Previous experience in a warehouse environment

·       Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks – current forklift license required

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to lift heavy objects up to 20kg

·       Basic computer skills

·       Experience working in a similar role

You Must be 

·       Australian citizen or have permanent work rights

·       Able to start Immediately
