We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Kealba Kindergarten.

Kealba Kindergarten has been a trusted choice for families seeking quality early childhood education in Kealba. We provide safe and secure three-year-old and four-year-old kindergarten programs where children can express themselves and enjoy learning.

Our passionate ECMS educators create a warm, caring environment that supports every child's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Through play-based learning, the way children learn best, our kindergarten programs encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence.

This is a part-time ongoing role working 30.75 hours per week across Monday to Wednesday 8:00am-4:30pm and Thursday 8:00am-1:15pm.

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
• You value kindness and respect.
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
• You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate.
