About the role:

This is your chance to apply your case management experience in a fresh way, supporting injured workers to return to the workforce through vocational services under the WorkSafe scheme.

Requirements

You’ll be:

• Helping clients find new employment after injury or illness
• Actively marketing clients’ skills to employers in the open labour market
• Liaising with insurers, treating professionals, and employers to achieve return to work outcomes
• Using your motivation and job matching skills to create real change

Requirements

We’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of employment services and the labour market
• Experience motivating clients and achieving job placement outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Willingness to travel within Greensborough and Metro regions
• Experience in IEA, employment services, or similar is highly valued

Bonus if you’re:

• A registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Psychologist, or Osteopath (AHPRA registered
• Experienced in Occupational Rehabilitation, but we’re happy to train the right employment services professionals!
