The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Training Coordinator to join our Operations team at our Dandenong South Fermentary.
This role is responsible for building workforce capability across our brewing and bottling operations by developing training programs, maintaining standardised work documentation, and assessing competency across the production team.
You’ll work closely with our Production operator teams to identify skill gaps and training needs, improve process consistency, and support a strong safety and compliance culture across site. This role plays an important part in improving quality outcomes, reducing errors and waste, and supporting safe and efficient operations.
This role will primarily operate on day shift, however flexibility is required as the Training Coordinator may be required to work across rotating shifts to support training delivery and capability development across all Production
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
Deliver training and assess competency across production team
Identify skill gaps and training needs with Supervisors
Embed safety and compliance requirements into training and processes
Coach and mentor operators to build capability and consistency
Use production data to improve processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency
Maintain training records for compliance and audit requirements
Support continuous improvement and process standardisation
The Talent
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (Food & Beverage highly regarded)
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
Experience developing training materials, SOPs, or work instructions
Experience delivering training or coaching team members
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong organisational and documentation skills
A continuous improvement mindset
Deliver training and coaching across rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts as required
Understanding of GMP, food safety, or manufacturing compliance (highly regarded)
