Simonds Catholic College is a secondary school of 370 boys in the inner city of Melbourne. Our small size allows us to know, inspire, and support our students so that we get the very best out of them.

The school is located in West Melbourne and is within walking distance of the Queen Victoria Market.

We invite applications from enthusiastic English and Mathematics teachers to join the dedicated staff at Simonds Catholic College on a fixed contract for Semester Two 2026, with the possibility of ongoing. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic learning environment that values creativity, rigour, and collaboration. The teaching load includes:

  • Yr 7 - 10 English

  • Yr 9 Mathematics

  • Yr 8 Homeroom Teacher

This position offers a unique opportunity to teach in a supportive and collaborative environment, guiding students from Year 7 through to VCE, and making a meaningful impact on their academic journey.
