Super Tutors is a leading tutoring centre based in Hawthorn East, specialising in VCE and IB subjects. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate VCE English teacher to join our team.

About the Role

• Teach small groups (up to 8 students per class)

• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the VCE English curriculum

• Prepare students for SACs and final exams with a strong focus on writing skills and text analysis

• Provide personalised feedback to support student improvement

• Contribute to lesson planning and resource development

Requirements

• Proven experience teaching VCE English (Units 1–4)

• Strong understanding of VCAA requirements and marking criteria

• Ability to teach analytical writing, comparative essays, and text response

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Passion for helping students achieve top results

Preferred (but not essential)

• Experience teaching high-achieving students (aiming for 40+ study scores)

• Familiarity with IB English is a bonus
