The Coldflow Group are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to manage a diverse range of non-eba commercial HVAC projects.

Based out of the Clayton office, you will be reporting to the our Commercial General Manager with your main responsibilities being;

  • Interpreting drawings & specifications;

  • Coordinating designs with Builders and Drafters;

  • Liaising with Site Managers and Installers for planning, purchasing and scheduling of equipment;

  • Material and equipment take offs;

  • Cross checking schedules and shop drawings for discrepancies;

  • Generating RFQ’s, research products and pricing;

  • Updating equipment schedules and engineering data to reflect current equipment and program;

  • Providing equipment forecasts for new projects ensuring suppliers are kept aware of upcoming orders and demand;

  • Project reporting and Margin analysis on jobs under management;

  • Managing the quality and safety across all projects

As the ideal candidate for the role, you will have:

  • Project Management experience and ideally a HVAC Trade qualification;

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a HVAC PM or similar role;

  • Managed project portfolios ranging from $6-$8 million.

  • A detailed understanding of construction processes within the light commercial sector, including systems and HVAC detailing;

  • Strong leadership capability with effective stakeholder management skills;

  • Well rounded written and verbal communication skills.
