About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of food production and packing, including:

• Preparing and assembling antipasto, olives, vegetables, seafood, and cheese products

• Weighing, portioning, and packing products into buckets, tubs, and retail packaging

• Labelling and date coding finished goods accurately

• Ensuring all products meet quality standards

• Following HACCP and food safety requirements at all times

• Completing cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas

• Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or food handling (preferred but not essential)

• Sound understanding of HACCP and food safety practices

• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Physically fit

• Willingness to work flexible hours if required
