RESPONSIBILITIES
Whilst working within modern Workshop Facilities, your duties will include, but not limited to:
Reporting direct to Workshop Manager.
Perform Repairs to Heavy Industrial Electromechanical equipment (Electric Motors, Pumps, Gearboxes, Robotic Motors and Generators.)
Inspect, analyze and record critical mechanical information during the process of undertaking mechanical repair work.
Use precision measurement tools and equipment to determine serviceability and accurate notation of results.
All work to be carried out in accordance to EMSS Quality Management System ISO 9001.
SKILLS
Australian recognized Trade Certificate level III in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent
Strong Mechanical aptitude and hands on experience with Heavy Industrial Equipment.
Competence in problem-solving and mathematical literacy.
Ability to work independently, unsupervised as well as part of a team environment.
Complete work with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to follow company policy, procedure and training regimes.
Strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills
Ability to diagnose root cause of failures
Basic Machining skills
Prospect to work amongst motivated specialists in a culture of quality and continuous learning, and improvement.
