RESPONSIBILITIES

Whilst working within modern Workshop Facilities, your duties will include, but not limited to:

• Reporting direct to Workshop Manager.

• Perform Repairs to Heavy Industrial Electromechanical equipment (Electric Motors, Pumps, Gearboxes, Robotic Motors and Generators.)

• Inspect, analyze and record critical mechanical information during the process of undertaking mechanical repair work.

• Use precision measurement tools and equipment to determine serviceability and accurate notation of results.

• All work to be carried out in accordance to EMSS Quality Management System ISO 9001.

SKILLS

• Australian recognized Trade Certificate level III in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent

• Strong Mechanical aptitude and hands on experience with Heavy Industrial Equipment.

• Competence in problem-solving and mathematical literacy.

• Ability to work independently, unsupervised as well as part of a team environment.

• Complete work with a high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to follow company policy, procedure and training regimes.

• Strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills

• Ability to diagnose root cause of failures

• Basic Machining skills
