Join the team at SWEA as a full-time Automotive Parts Interpreter in our Dandenong branch. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert parts knowledge and customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive the correct parts and accessories for their European vehicles.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email to identify the correct parts for their vehicles
  • Researching and interpreting parts catalogues and technical information to source the right components
  • Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our client base
  • Collaborating with the workshop team to understand parts requirements and ensure availability
  • Contributing to the overall success of the parts department and the business

What we're looking for

  • Experience as an automotive parts interpreter, preferably within the European vehicle industry
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify the right parts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy to ensure the right parts are ordered and delivered
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency with parts catalogues, inventory management systems and other relevant software
  • A passion for the automotive industry and providing exceptional customer experiences
