KLM Spatial offers specialised skills and extensive expertise in Town Planning, Urban and Landscape Design, Land Surveying, Building Design, Civil Engineering and Civil Construction Management.

We are looking for a full-time engineering draftsperson to perform the drafting component of the design process in the preparation of our engineering drawings.

What your day will look like:

·         Preparing Engineering Drawings in conjunction with Design Engineers

·         Improving presentation quality of plans

·         Recommending plan changes

·         Liasing across multiple departments to ensure integrity of data and designs

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Advanced Diploma of Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant experience. 

• Strong knowledge of relevant design standards and authority expectations

Experience and competence relating to the following: 

• Auto-cad  - Strong Proficiency

• 12D  - Working knowledge only

• MS Office Suite

• Rendering software such as Sketch-up, Lumion etc. - working knowledge only 

• Understanding of EDCM, IDM, MRWA templates and drawing standards.
