Our client is expanding their Melbourne team. As a Building & Pest Inspector, you’ll focus on pre-purchase inspections—identifying defects, assessing compliance, and producing clear reports that support safe property transactions

Duties

• Identify structural defects, safety risks & compliance issues
• Conduct pre-purchase inspections (90% of workload)
• Produce detailed, actionable inspection reports
• Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofing areas
• Provide professional advice to clients

Skills & Experience

• Building and/or pest inspection experience
• VIC Builder’s Licence 
• Certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010) — or willing to enrol
• Strong reporting skills & attention to detail
• Police clearance, valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
