TRE Management (TRE) is seeking a full time Building Manager to join the team. The successful applicant will be required to commence mid-June

The role will be based onsite in residential estate located in Maribyrnong 3032. With the office located in Abbotsford. 

5 days a week 8am-4pm

TRE's aim is to maintain developments which provide a valuable contribution to its residents/tenants including the environment and its occupants which can collectively impact positively on the community.

Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Based onsite

  • Provide effective communications to residents using the Online Building Portal, Kindred by Keyvision

  • Supervise and manage onsite cleaners.

  • Provide basic concierge services such as checking in contractors, assist with coordinating move ins/outs of residents

  • Maintain good relationships with all residents and contractors

  • Ensure prompt and positive action on all resident complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions

  • Monitor fire alarm system and take the appropriate action in the event of an alarm being activated.

  • Maintain the security of the building, capturing CCTV & managing access control system

  • Report incidents and maintenance items onto the online building portal

  • Co-ordinate quotes and contractors to undertake programmed maintenance works and other maintenance as required

  • Manage Amenity Reservations

  • Other ad hoc duties as required

  • Day to day management of contractors
     

Qualifications & Experience

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
    Articulate in English language. 

  • Present a professional attitude and appearance

  • Self-motivated, pro-active, confident and reliable

  • Organisational and time management skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
