The role responsibilities include: 

  • Proficient in the use tools, fixtures and equipment associated with the performance of work duties

  • Assist engineering in the development of design changes and deviations

  • Assist in the management and timely replenishment of consumables used during MRO activities

  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives


Required skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Technical experience in aerospace production and/or maintenance environment

  • Understanding of aerospace component production and maintenance procedures and regulations

  • Strong understanding of component and system operating principles, and, maintenance processes

  • Strong understanding in the use of tooling, fixtures, metrology and test equipment required for component MRO

  • Professional, friendly, energetic, positive and customer focused

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Cert IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) required.

Due to the nature of our work and the requirements of our customers, all applicants may be required to hold Australian citizenship and need to meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and/or EAR (Export Administration Regulations) compliance as part of employment eligibility.
