An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the site's maintenance function and drive operational excellence, asset reliability, and continuous improvement across the business.

The Opportunity
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading all maintenance activities across the manufacturing facility, warehouses and site infrastructure. Managing one direct-report Maintenance Technician and a network of specialist contractors, you will play a critical role in driving preventative maintenance, improving equipment reliability and ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead preventative and reactive maintenance activities across production equipment, facilities and site assets
  • Manage contractors across electrical, HVAC, automation and other specialist maintenance disciplines
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to improve reliability and minimise downtime
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across the site
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
About You
  • Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter with experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading maintenance teams and managing external contractors
  • Strong preventative maintenance and reliability improvement experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and pneumatic equipment issues
  • A personable and level-headed leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
