About Atlan Stormwater

At Atlan Stormwater, our purpose is simple: clean water is a right, not a privilege. Our team is driven by innovation, collaboration, and a shared commitment to bring “Joy in Water”—creating solutions that improve lives, protect communities, and shape a more sustainable future.

Atlan Stormwater is a leading Australian provider of stormwater treatment, harvesting and maintenance solutions. We work with councils, developers, engineers, plumbers and civil contractors to deliver effective stormwater quality outcomes across Australia.

With offices nationwide and a growing installed asset base, we are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Stormwater Maintenance Account Manager to join our Victorian team based in Hallam.

The Opportunity

In this role you will be provided with a substantial database of existing Atlan Stormwater installations throughout Victoria. Your role will be to identify the current asset owner or responsible party, establish relationships, educate customers on their maintenance obligations, and help ensure stormwater assets are properly maintained.

The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, building relationships and uncovering opportunities from existing customer and project information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop Atlan Stormwater's existing installed asset portfolio throughout Victoria.

  • Research and identify asset owners, facility managers, councils and other responsible parties.

  • Contact customers to discuss maintenance requirements and service options.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.

  • Convert identified opportunities into maintenance agreements and ongoing service arrangements.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM system.

  • Work closely with our operations team to coordinate maintenance services and customer requirements.

  • Follow up customer enquiries and quotations in a timely manner.

  • Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to expand maintenance services across our customer base.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new contacts.

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

  • Naturally curious and resourceful, with the ability to research and identify key decision-makers.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

  • Experience in account management, customer service, sales support, internal sales or business development is highly regarded.

  • Experience within maintenance, facilities management or council is advantageous but not essential.

Why Join Us?

  • Make a direct impact by supporting senior leadership and operations

  • Be part of a growing, high-performance team

  • Varied role with exposure across all areas of the business

  • Opportunity to build systems, improve processes, and drive efficiency

Growth by Sharing

At Atlan, we believe in “Growth by Sharing”—when the business grows, our people grow with it.

This is embedded in our approach to performance and reward, where team success and results are recognised and shared. As the company scales, you’ll have the opportunity to benefit from that growth through structured incentives, exposure to high-impact work, and continuous development.

What We Offer

  • Full-time permanent position.

  • Hallam-based office location.

  • Laptop and mobile phone provided.

  • Access to Atlan Stormwater's all-staff profit share plan after six months.

  • Ongoing training and development.
