The Consultancy firm is currently experiencing considerable growth, thus requiring the services of experienced and motivated Junior Project Manager.
The firm's office is based in Notting Hill in Melbourne's South East.
We are seeking to add to our fantastic team and grow our utility contestable works division.
Reports to: Utility Works Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Project Manage contestable works including URD, overhead, industrial, commercial and augmentation to utility assets.
Provide assistance to constructors in order to achieve network audit approvals.
Project design administrative roles, including completion of forms and documentation, negotiation with Power Authorities, management of asset auditing processes and hand over process to the utilities.
Site visits at regular intervals to undertake inspections and audits, meetings, and respond to constructor's queries.
Learn and understand current standards in accordance with distribution network legislation.
Provide support to the business with ad hoc duties when requested.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Electrical Engineering Degree or Diploma of Project Management
Minimum Previous Experience:
Knowledge/experience in Utility requirement for Residential and Industrial Subdivisions for the following Power/Communications Authorities
Proven delivery of project
1 - 2 years’ experience in Power Authority field will be well regarded
Other Skills:
Well-developed computer software skills
A current Australian driver’s license
A responsible and reliable attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of the Key Consult team
