Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of responsive maintenance works, vacants, minor projects and makesafe works.

About the role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a range of maintenance, vacant property, makesafe and minor project works across multiple contracts.
You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, field staff and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and building strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Scope and quote maintenance, makesafe and minor project works
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and field technicians
Schedule and allocate works to ensure KPI and client requirements are achieved
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
Manage project budgets, variations and profitability
Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery
Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements
Prepare project documentation and assist with invoicing requirements
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across projects and processes
About You
Experience within construction, maintenance, facilities management or trade services
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience coordinating trades, contractors or maintenance works
Ability to manage multiple jobs and competing priorities
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Sound understanding of construction and maintenance processes
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
