Roles:

  • 1 x Maintenance Fitter

Hours of Work - 6am to 6pm - 12 hour rotating day shift - 7 day fortnight

With two large production facilities in Braeside, a third currently under development, and 17 retail outlets across Melbourne, our business is recognised for its commitment to quality and innovation. As a rapidly growing and dynamic company, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team at the Braeside production site. This vital role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing equipment and machinery.

As part of our Technical Maintenance team you will:

  • Coordinate and respond to maintenance requests.

  • Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day.

  • Undertake planned maintenance according to the schedule

  • 2+ years' industrial/factory experience

  • Have excellent communication skills.

  • Have a trade certificate as a Mechanic, Fitter & Turner, or Machinist.

This role is pivotal in providing all our cafés and customers with high quality products that Laurent Bakery is known for Australian wide.
