Full Time Senior Veterinary Nurse Position – 4 Days/Week + 1 in 3 Weekends

Progressive Vet Care is looking for a dedicated senior veterinary nurse with a minimum 2 years of experience to take on a new role opening up at our second location in Glen Iris. The ideal candidate would work 4 days a week and 1 in 3 weekends.

At Progressive Vet Care we practice a high standard of medicine with a varied caseload. The right candidate will be able to work efficiently under the guidance of a growing team of 3 experienced veterinary surgeons in a rotating team of 6 veterinary nurses who strive to help each other develop their knowledge and skills.

Progressive Vet Care is a family run business that was established in 2015, We opened our Glen Irirs clinic in 2024 and continue to grow. Both of our clinics are purpose built, we have all the latest equipment and thrive to stay up to date with the latest protocols.

This is a new role being created for a startup clinic with an increasing work load, Up until now we have been rotating our team across both clinics, however we are now at a capacity where we need someone who will become dedicated to our Glen Iris location and the consistent familiar face and voice for our clients. The role will include a varied roster of Reception and surgery.

Our team is very friendly and approachable, and like to have fun whilst working in a progressive work environment. We will always be keen to listen and adopt any new ideas team members may have.

Clinic hours are 8am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 1pm weekends.
