About SPNDS
The Statewide Progressive Neurological Disease Service provides multidisciplinary assessment, education, and management for people with complex progressive neurological conditions including:

About the Role
As a Clinical Care Liaison, you will play a key role in supporting clients living with progressive neurological diseases by providing expert advice, care coordination, and ongoing management support. This role combines clinical expertise with relationship‑based, collaborative work across a multidisciplinary team.
