As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to ensure every client receives an outstanding experience from the moment they walk in.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional client consultations to assess skin type, hair growth, facial features and individual beauty goals.

• Analyse skin conditions and recommend appropriate beauty treatments, services and aftercare plans.

• Perform eyebrow shaping services including threading, waxing, tinting and brow lamination in line with client preferences.

• Deliver eyelash services such as lash lifts, eyelash extensions and lash tinting to enhance natural features.

• Carry out facial and body hair removal services using waxing techniques while ensuring client comfort and safety.

• Provide customised facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, hydration and skin-rejuvenation therapies.

• Deliver massage services such as neck, shoulder, back or body massage in accordance with training and salon offerings.

• Advise clients on suitable cosmetic products for ongoing treatment and home care.

• Promote and retail salon products and services based on client needs and treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate client records including treatment history, skin assessments and product recommendations.

• Ensure all beauty treatments comply with workplace health, safety and hygiene standards.

• Sterilise and maintain tools, equipment and treatment areas in accordance with salon and regulatory requirements.

• Manage appointments, client bookings and basic reception duties when required.

• Stay updated with industry trends, products and techniques relevant to beauty therapy services.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience required along with relevant qualification

• Strong hands-on experience

• Proven ability to conduct professional client consultations and deliver personalised treatments

• Sound knowledge of hygiene, safety, and infection control practices

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment.
