ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Have a passion for cars, trucks, and machinery? Join our Operations Team at Sunshine, VIC 3020Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:30am–5:00pm). We need a reliable, customer-focused quick learner. Hands-on role, permanent position, a mix of admin and on the go.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build & maintain strong relationships - Support vendor and stock management teams with clear, courteous communication, handling queries with honesty, courtesy, and integrity.
  • Be the key contact - Handle operational queries between branch and national teams.
  • Quality control - Oversee asset quality control, ensuring accurate advertisements and high-quality photographs.
  • Coordinate asset rectifications - liaise with preparation teams and suppliers to ensure exceptional repair quality.
  • Manage stock control processes - Oversee reporting, stock takes, reconciliations, and assist with operational tasks where needed.
  • Follow WHS rules – keep safety top priority.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Current Valid Manual Drivers License (essential)
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and able to work well in a team.
  • Strong ability to maintain quality standards, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in MS Office with the ability to quickly learn our user-friendly auction system.
  • Demonstrated understanding of WH&S regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
