Location: Essendon Campus Role Type: Full-time, ongoing Remuneration: $142k salary plus superannuation About The Role As Program Lead – Nursing, you will be a key member of the Industry & Education leadership team, responsible for leading and managing the coordination, design, delivery and continuous improvement of vocational nursing programs aligned to industry, regulatory and learner expectations. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will provide strong educational and people leadership to a team of teachers and sessional staff, ensuring high‑quality learning experiences, positive student outcomes and delivery against enrolment and performance targets. You will oversee program quality, student progress and compliance with National VET Quality Standards, relevant legislation and Bendigo Kangan Institute policies and frameworks. In this role, you will work collaboratively across Health & Community and the broader organisation to strengthen program delivery, build internal and external partnerships, and ensure nursing programs remain contemporary and responsive to workforce needs. You will contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation and continuous improvement initiatives, while fostering a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team culture.
